Under arrangement with Care Credit (an outside financial service company), we can offer a 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month payment plan without interest for our medical services. Care Credit also offers longer payment plans, but they include interest charges. For more information visit www.carecredit.com.
Please note that we use outside laboratories to process lab tests and pap smears. You are responsible for these charges and will be billed directly by the provider.
A cancellation fee of one-half the cost of your scheduled visit will be charged if we do not receive 48 hours notice.
