Insurance, Fees and Cancellation Charges
We do NOT participate in any insurance health plans.
We use outside laboratories to process lab tests and pap smears. If you are not covered by health insurance, the lab will bill you for these services.
Failure to show up for an appointment, without a previous cancellation call made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, will result in a charge of $95 .
